Caption
A short walk from my home is this lookout spot above Cook's Canyon in the Deukmejian Wilderness Park. My wife and I walked up to this spot the morning after a light snow covered the hills in January. From here you can see all the way from Pasadena on the left, to the San Fernando Valley on the right, with the Verdugo Mountains separating the two. It looked like this again last week, almost a year later.
