The perfect time for the solstice shot was 6:08 AM local time but - as you might guess - at this time it was totally dark outside and I prefered to stay in bed. A few hours later there came up a cold and sunny morning, with frozen autumn leaves on the ground and a bright sun from the east. Very nice.
