The Petrohué Waterfalls are an important attractive tourist of the tenth region of Chile. Petrohué is an indigenous word that means "place of steaming", perhaps by the water steam that raises the jump of the Petrohué.

The Petrohué river is located in Chile in the province of Llanquihue. In its course Jump of the Petrohué has a sector of imposing called water jumps, very visited by tourists. The Petrohue river is born in the lake All the Saints and ends at the sea at the Estuary of the Reloncaví. During great part of his route Vicente runs through the National Park Perez Rosales.
