I've been truly blessed in my life to meet some of the finest people that have ever lived. The Brown's are no exception - in fact they're one of the reasons I know that to be true.
A visit to Chez Brown in Fort Bragg is like staying at the best Bed and Breakfast but with guaranteed good company. This was our first visit to their place since they'd finished with the new kitchen. Since they'd moved to Fort Bragg the house has constantly undergone renovations, but the kitchen is truly the crown jewel. Phil designed it to be a centerpiece in the house, and once you've been there you know why. Cooking is a way of life when we visit for the weekend with everyone participating (except maybe the documentary photographer). Almost as much fun as the cooking is the enjoyment of the meal, the company, and the wine.
