Knee surgery cut down my hiking in 2008, but by the Fall I was able to get out a few times. Charlie's Bunion has one of the best panoramic views in the Smokey Mountains but I haven't had good luck at being there on clear days. This day wasn't the best but much better than my usual luck there.
