This panorama shows a viewpoint in the forest near Einruhr in the National-Park Eifel with a look onto the Rur barrier lake (Rurstausee) also called Rursee. In February, 2012, when this panorama was shot, the sea was completely frozen (the snowy white area in this panorama) which happens rarely.

This area is an interesting hymn of forest and water, a magnet for tourists and very nice for relaxing, e.g., taking a walk, hiking, biking or fishing.
