This is the Albert Bridge in East Belfast - probably named after the late Prince Albert. It is a border between the rest of Belfast and the East of the city, and also in a way between rich and poor.

Immediately in the panorama are luxury riverside apartments, across the river is social housing (The Short Strand). Though peaceline is also nearby the area has been hugely improved with the nearby Waterfront Hall and lauded if ugly Hilton Hotel built in recent years.
