Border between France and Germany at Strasbourg/Kehl. France and Germany have been considered themselfs as "Hereditary Enemies" for several hundred years. Now they are important partners in an United Europe. This twin bridge connects two gardens over the river Rhine. This border is open nowadays. You can't tell by sight, who is French or who is German on this border on the bridge.
