Covell Lake.The Japanese Gardens were built from 1928 to 1936 near Covell Lake in Terrace Park.
The Terrace Park Japanese Garden is a restoration of an old grotto style garden. A developing garden from a master plan by Dr. Koichi Kawana and follow ups by Ben Chu, of the St. Louis Japanese Garden.
