A look back at early California winemaking communities...

This small museum is dedicated to the people who founded and populated the early farming and winemaking communities of the Shenandoah Valley of California. I came upon it while exploring small towns and wineries in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, prior to attending the IVRPA Photography Conference in Berkeley, California.

The museum includes an interesting collection of furniture, tools and other artifacts dating from the establishment of agriculture and viticulture in this region. It is housed in one of the oldest wineries in California. More information can be found at http://sobonwine.com/
Equipment
Nikon D70s, Nikkor 10.5mm 1:2.8 lens, hand held, RAW images, Adobe Bridge, PTGui, Photoshop, Cubic Converter.
