Caption
At an altitude of 6549 feet and located 7.1 miles due west of the historic plaza, our new rooftop deck allows an unobstructed 360° view of the mountains surrounding Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Sangre de Cristo Mountains rise in the east and the Jemez Mountains are seen in the west. Sunrises and sunsets at this altitude are everyday events that are not to be missed as are the almost daily developing thunderstorms. And for stargazing, the night sky is magnificently dark due to the light pollution awareness in the area. The two owl decoys visible on the railings are effective deterrents to roosting birds.
