This is one of the Shopping areas in Shinjuku, Japan... one of the busiest parts of Tokyo.

I chose this location as there is always something happening (people Energy) and the lights are always on (using Energy)... across the main road is Kabukicho... one of the main entertainment districts... lots of energy being expended there.
