Septiembre es el mes de las Fiestas Patria en Chile, con sus Fondas y Ramadas son el alegre preámbulo de la primavera. Temporada que deja atrás el desaturado invierno, ese inicio del color en la paisaje lo inaugura la época del volantín, con su variedad y colorido escolta en los cielos a la esperanzadora primavera.

El puesto al borde de la Carretera el Cobre parece en lugar propicio para representar el Color de estas Fechas.
