Luna Park Sydney was constructed in 1935, at the foot of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The iconic face at the entrance was designed by Arthur Barton, known as "The Rembrandt of Luna Park". The first Luna Park was built in Coney Island, New York in 1903. Since that time, dozens of Luna Parks have been built around the world.
