Dyment’s Market and Bakery is a family operated market offering fresh food directly from their farm next door. Workers bring in tomatoes, squash, and all manner of produce as it’s picked. This market is just minutes from downtown Hamilton, Ontario where folks can get all their food grown from within a 100 kilometer radius. ( everything within 100K except maybe for the bananas. ) The family farm produces vegetables, seasonal fruit, corn (seen out the window in the field next door) picked three times a day, and meats. The on site bakery produces breads, pies, and the best butter tarts. ( of this I speak from personal experience.)

Equipment
A Canon EOS 5D with a Canon 16-35mm L series lens set at the 16mm setting was used on a Manfrotto 303SPH head. The cubic panorama was stitched together with RealViz Stitcher V4. This panorama was shot with available light at 1/3 of a second @ f 9 in Raw mode with an ISO of 100 on the Canon EOS 5D. I processed all the images in the RAW conversion software Capture One Pro V3.7 from Phase. The images are then stitched together in RealViz Stitcher and the QuickTime panoramas are then converted from the flat tiff images
