Chessiloch is a gorge that was formed by water carving in the limestone near Flühli in central Switzerland. The sides of the gorge are covered with forest, mainly beech (Fagus sylvatica L.), spruce (Picea abies Karst), pine trees (Pinus sylvestries L.) and also other tree species.
