This is a photo of folks training Parkour at Keller Fountain in Portland, Oregon. Parkour is the art and discipline of moving through an environment by safely and efficiently overcoming obstacles with just your own body (and usually good shoes). It involves vaulting over, and sometimes through rails, scaling walls, safe landing and rolling techniques, and lots and lots of training.

These techniques can be applied to search and rescue, escaping muggers, and sometimes can even help while shopping for Christmas presents at the mall at the last minute!
