The exhibition of these very small cars from the 1950s shows the creativity of engineers to provide the people with a cheap vehicle that protects them from bad weather. Today some of them became a role model to solve our problem of too much traffic with too much pollution. Some years ago I saw the prototype of an electric Messerschmitt Cabin Car. The modern version of the famous Fiat 500 became very popular. Its older and a bit bigger brother, the Fiat 600, is the  grey car. Next to the Messerschmitt cabriolet is the blue/white BMW Isetta. In German it's called "Knutschkugel" (snuggle ball). And from a swiss company you can buy the electric version of the Isetta - Microlino.
