I grew up in Germany and studied electronic engineering at the time when the change from analog to digital happened. As a result - nobody wanted/needed analog developers any more and I got into programming but again - wrong timing. C and assembler were not the skills many companies were looking for. So change of scenery - moving to England first, then to North Wales I started with panoramic photography in 2009. Built my first nodal adapter in 2010, learned the value of RAW development in 2011 and moved on bit by bit to better equipment and more experience.
Due to the weather in North Wales (it rains A LOT) I also developed a liking for rendered panoramas using all kind of software - fractal panoramas (Mandelbulb3D, Structure Synth) and procedural generated scenes in Blender.
