I am interested in panoramic 2D and 3D digital photography. Both imaging approaches face similar challenges such as the blending of multiple images, correcting for noise or distortion, and managing high dynamic range (HDR) lighting.

My company, Steuart Systems, has a patent pending on an omnidirectional stereoscopic camera system called the 3D-360. The 3D-360 can be used like a camera to quickly and easily create photorealistic 3D models. We are collaborating with compatible technology partners to enhance existing 3D scanning technology. Working prototypes have been built, and we have developed techniques to make the 3D models viewable with standard videogame equipment.

We are looking for creative individuals or companies interested in using this cost effective 3D technology. Potential applications include surveying, mapping, historic or forensic scene recording, video game development, and others we haven't even dreamed of yet. Drop me a line if you would like to discuss business opportunities for photorealistic 3D modeling on a room, building, or citywide scale.
