The sweet scent of linden trees and many construction sites throughout the city are both typical signs of summer.
Just beyond the wall lies Kannenfeldpark, which originally served as a cemetery established in 1886. In the 1950s, it was transformed into a spacious park. Today, the 10-hectare grounds feature majestic old trees, open meadows, playgrounds, and in summer even a paddling pool.
