Dawn over the Chania coast on the Greek island of Crete

Dawn on June 21, the sun rising over Chania on the Greek island of Crete. I got up before dawn on the morning after my wedding anniversary to capture the sun rising over the coast the morning after the point of Solstice. The sunrise was spectacular, and I was almost on my own. (If you look carefully you'll see there's one person swimming part-way out in the bay.)

Shot with a DJI Mini 4 Pro, RAW/DNG files processed using DxO PhotoLab, and stitched using PTGui Pro 13.

It did amuse me that the only practical difference between this sunrise shot and the sunsets I'd shot earlier that week was the position of the sun and the relative lack of people. It was still a very special moment, and I got back to the hotel before my wife woke up!
