The Tobago Cays are a collection of islands and reefs in the southern Caribbean. A nature reserve and very popular destination for sailors and divers made famous as one of the locations for the first Pirates of the Caribbean films. Petit Tabac island, just outside of the main reef, was the desert island where Captain Jack and Elizabeth were marooned and she burnt the rum to attract attention - thanks to CGI no palm trees where harmed in the filming!
