When driving in the southern part of Slovenia, I saw the wildfire’s visible damages on a wood located near the road. Fortunately this fire wasn't too severe and had been brought under control before every tree was burned forever. Some types of vegetation are more affected by fire than others during the long hot summer like coniferous and resinous species.

Irreversible damages for nature and man: Many hectares of forest are destroyed for decades.
