For centuries, when the month of September comes the harvest occupies much of the farm work in wine-producing areas of the Mediterranean basin. The family Muñiz from Villanueva del Ariscal, harvested grapes Garrido fino, in its proper degree of maturity to make the wine, which traded in the family business, Bodega La Perdiz.
