Over one hundred students walked and received their high school diploma during Charter High School for Architecture + Design's seventh annual graduation ceremonies. This year the ceremonies were held at the National Constitution Center, only a few minutes walk from the school building. Students come from throughout the City of Philadelphia to attend the school where the theme is architecture and design.

The National Constitution Center is dedicated to "increasing public understanding of, and appreciation for, the Constitution, its history, and its contemporary relevance" as described on the web site.

Outside the window can be seen Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell Pavillion, and the Independence Park Visitor Center. Also seen is a large mound of dirt (partially obscuring Independence Hall) from the archeological dig and excavation of the President's House used by George Washington and John Adams before the White House was built in Washington DC.
