This panorama shows two buildings in which time is used and passes in relative (in an almost Einsteinian sense) ways.

The two-story house is a laboratory for experimentation with new sustainable and eco-friendly designs and technologies that blend the modern (innovative technologies and design) and the old (traditional or proven technologies and design). Here, modern aluminum or a modern ceramic; there, a Japanese design that's been used for centuries.

In the office, the architects and researchers spend their time developing new ideas and refining existing ones for experimentation. Many surely spend time in concentration only to look up and think: How did 15 minutes turn into 2 hours?

Many thanks to Sekisui House for their cooperation.
