Almost everything here is new, so new in fact that it doesn't even show in Google Maps yet (as of May 2015): The gravel road is new, the brook has recently been artificially created as well as the whole depression, the grass has just begun to sprout and the trees are also recent additions. The construction site to the south will become a car dealership, and it's also the cause of this renaturation since the area was pretty much completely flattened to lay the foundations.

The panorama equipment I used was also brand new: its core piece came out of my new 3D printer just three hours before this picture was taken.
