Dance on the Bridge

During the photography period for this event I was on vacation with the family on the island of Mallorca in the Mediterranean. I was thinking that I would miss this event too because I could not find anything appropriate for the theme as I was supposed to spend the time with the family. This was going on and I was going through agonies thinking after such a long time that I am not working and have time for some photography but missing the event anyway. What I didn't think of was that I was missing the obvious theme being played out in front of my eyes all the time without me noticing it.

My two daughters were so happy for the holiday they were singing, playing and dancing during the whole photography period and I was ignoring it. I was locked thinking of professional performers but it was not a requirement. On the Saturday evening while we were going to have dinner the girls ran in advance on the bridge over the hotel swimming pool playing and dancing waiting for us. I thought it was the perfect time and asked them to continue their play while I shot the panorama and asked them to pose in one of their dance positions they had during their game.

It was just after the Sun set and nobody was in the pool, which was crowded otherwise during the days. This hotel was located in Alcudia area in the north eastern part of the island, which is part of Spain.
