After a very long planning time, the city authorities finally made the decision to start the building of a 21,000,000 US$ "Culture House", which is supposed to host a library and a concert hall, and a few other institutions. The work started a week before this panorama is made, and is supposed to last for 2.5 years. The finished buildings will cover the two open blocks in this picture, and the Grand Opening will be on May 20, 2014.

This panorama documents the historical view from this square before the houses are built, and in our small city, this surely marks a historic event for all.
