Twenty years ago, there was a whole herd of these black pigs. Augustin Thyssen has given up pig farming for reasons of age, and now only two are left, out of sentimentality. The trees have grown since then, but apart from that, not much has changed at La Crueize, or so it seems. In fact, the forest has become an impenetrable jungle because the pigs no longer keep it open, as can be seen here.
