While this theme is always listed as the "Best of" I enjoy capturing panoramas of the season, recording little snippets of the Christmas I come across. While shooting my final Wrinkle panorama of Malvern Priory I was greeted by this simple nativity scene in the entrance that fitted the bill so perfectly.

While the building itself portrays itself as this grand priory, it's important to remember that it's still a place of worship for the local community. While providing a tourist destination for people visiting the area, it's also used as a venue for groups to meet in and a space for performances. It's more than just worship now, but inclusion and supporting the community.

I've visited the priory many times over the years and I always find it a peaceful and calm place, sometimes in complete contrast to the world outside.

Equipment

Taken with a Nikon D300 and a Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G fisheye lens. Mounted on a Nodal Ninja 5 panorama head and R-D16 rotator atop a Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod. 5 bracketed shots (-2 -1 0 +1 +2) taken at 6 positions 60°  apart, tilted 15° down, and another shot taken looking straight up. Raw files then processed in darktable v4.8.1 before being stitched together using PTGui 10.0.19 Pro and converted using Pano2VR 6.1.15 pro.
