This bit of woodland is well used and loved by us dog walkers, but it is also abused by local vandals who tag the trees with spray paint and burn them with petrol, dump rubbish in the ponds and abandon the stolen motorbikes they've used to ruin the paths. The area receives minimal care from the local council, but despite this nature survives. A local flock of wild rose ring parakeets frequent the tress, in a couple of weeks the ground will be carpeted with bluebells and by late summer the area is filled with masses of full blackberry bushes. Finally, if you look down and zoom in you'll see that a toad has used the muddy puddle to lay it's sporn.
