The renowned Gavarnie Circus viewed from the "Plateau de Bellevue" : a magnificent amphitheatre of rock rising to over 3000 meters that forms the Franco-Spanish border. The Grande Cascade, which has its source in Spain, is the highest waterfall in Europe : more than 400 meters. Very well suited for ice climbing...
