Black Head Light is located at the northern edge of The Burren, a region of County Clare in the southwest of Ireland. It’s a karst landscape incorporating a vast cracked pavement of glacial-era limestone, cliffs and caves, fossils, rock formations and archaeological sites, home to its own mix of flora and fauna.

On the Atlantic coast, it varies from the sloping rock shown here at Black Head, to the spectacular precipitous Cliffs of Moher further south.

Precision is: High. Pinpoints the exact spot.

4 GoPro HERO2 cameras, with a wooden camera cradle/rig to hold the cameras in exactly the correct position is triggered by 4 gentWIRE camera syncronisers. Suspended below a Sutton Flowform kite with 16^2ft area.

This technique produces two hemispheres, and a different workflow in PTGui from the classic ground pano technique. This results in extra effort BUT impossible angles!

See the rig, how Kite Aerial Photography is achieved, and the workflow.
