The scene is a boat show, a special event populated by many types. The colors here reminded me of a print I have by Winslow Homer so I have presented this as a painting rather than a photograph.

Panos of this sort can be very much like a painting I think, the subjects in mid-motion going about their business in their world caught in a moment in time - self engaged in their own small space. The colors - blue, red, white and a bit of yellow, presenting a pleasing contrast.
