In Australia, the sky has a particular colour. When I lived in Switzerland, coming to Australia just on holidays, I sent my friends in Switzerland fisheye pictures pointing straight up to the sky with a caption of 'I love Australian Skies'.
Taking a panorama that shows the sky in it's full glory is much more difficult. With the sun always being in the panorama, the colours in the various sections tend to be slightly different. When joining the individual photos, these differences become very apparent.
I made several attempts and this panorama of Cathedral Square in Brisbane turned out the best with only a small joint noticeable.
Cathedral Square is a beautiful square very close to the center of the city of Brisbane. My daughter says: I enjoy coming here because it is such a peaceful place, so close to the noisy city. For me, the contrast of the modern buildings with the old cathedral, makes the attraction of the square.
