Stunning and unreal landscapes particularly seen along a foggy day driving on a very narrow paved road.

The roadway was built by slaves. Cape Verde due to his location close to African coasts, was a place, from the XVIth century, where slaves from the whole continent were gathered to be sent to northern and southern America until slavery's abolition, in the middle of the XIXth century.
